摘要
本文旨在探讨医学生提高骨科临床实习质量的方法和途径。通过严格的主治医师带教责任制度和健全教学查房制度,建立和完善实习教学制度,逐步培养学生正确的临床思维方式及临床分析问题的能力,突出临床实践能力的培养,提高骨科临床实习质量;注重医德医风教育、人文素质教育,逐步培养全面发展的医学人才。
The phase of clinical practice is important for medical students, which they turn to hospital clinical practice from learning the theory in medical schools. The author summarizes the experience of practical teaching in orthopedic. It establishes a perfect practice teaching system and gradual- ly cultures the students with the correct clinical thinking mode and improves the ability of clinical analyzing problems by attending surgeon teaching re-practice ability in orthopedic. Pay attention to medical ethics education and humanistic quality education, gradually training medical talents with all - round development. The author explores the ways and means to improve the quality of orthopedic clinical practice, induding the teaching system of or- thopedic clinical practice, developing the ability of clinical practice and the quality education.
