摘要
分析北京某高校国防生培养工作现状,着重探讨新时期我军培养干部由军队自己培养与依托国民教育培养并举以来国防生培养工作面临的问题与挑战。改变全国在校国防生培养普遍存在数量规模较小、军政素质较弱、第一任职学历偏低、政策制度不够完善等问题,应完善政策制度、保持数量规模、提高军政素质、抓好后续培养。
Through analysis on the current situation of cultivating the national defense students of the capital university, the writer focuses on the discussion of problems and challenges facing the national defense students cultivated in developing military officers by the army itself and relying on the national education training. Currently, the problems of national defense students cultivated by entire country exist widely, for example, small quantity and scale, weak military and political qualities, low first educational background, vulnerability policies and systems, and so on. Suggestions end opin- ions of cultivating national defense students should be perfected to improve the policies and systems, maintain the quantity and scale, increase the mili- tary and political qualities, and focus on follow-up training, etc.
