摘要
条形码自动识别技术在病案回收、登记、归档中具有很好的应用,工作人员通过扫描病案首页上的病案号条形码,实现病案归档信息的著录,同时分配给病案一个顺序号作为归档号,减少了手写错误,减少错误上架,提高工作效率,降低人力成本,充分利用病案库房。
This paper describes the good application of barcode automatic identification technology in the medical record recycling, registration and archiving. Staffs scan the barcodas of the hospital number on the first page of medical records, achieving bibliographic archiving information of medical records and assign the medical record a sequence number as patient＇s identification number. This can reduce handwriting errors and shelves, improve work efficiency, reduce labor costs and make full use of the medical record storehouses.
