摘要
科研档案对科研工作具有重要性,科研工作管理对科研档案也有很高的要求,发挥档案潜在的利用价值日趋常态化。但现有的科研档案管理还存在问题,我们应该规范科研档案管理、完善管理制度、加大投入力度、提高管理人员专业知识水平、配备齐全档案工具以及加大档案利用率,才能更好地服务于科研工作。
Scientific research files are very important in scientific research. The scientific research management also has high requirements to scien- tific research files. But scientific research fries management also has problems now. We should regulate scientific research files management, complete management system, increase input, and improve the management professional knowledge level of administrative staffs, fit out complete file tools, and increase the utilization of archives to provide better service for the scientific research work.
