腹腔镜治疗卵巢良性肿瘤患者的临床分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿良性肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法回顾本院近期收治的卵巢良性肿瘤患者106例,随手术方法不同分为腹腔镜组与开腹组,各53例,观察两组的治疗情况。结果腹腔镇组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间与开腹组各项对比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后并发症发生率比较,切口感染和发热发生率比较,开腹组明显高于腹腔镜组(P<0.05);皮下气肿、腰背酸痛比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后随访半年,腹腔镜组所有患者恢复良好,未见复发等情况。开腹组1例皮性肿瘤复发。两组并发症发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗卵巢良性肿瘤优于开腹手术.目术后并发症较少。
