替莫唑胺治疗脑转移肿瘤5例 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨替莫唑胺治疗脑转移肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法 5例脑转移患者同步放化疗后病情进展接受替莫唑胺药物治疗,150mg/m^2,口服,连用5天为一疗程,停药23天,28天重复,第2周期根据第1周期不良反应,药物剂量可酌情增减。分别按WHO标准和NCT-CTC3.0评价疗效和毒性。结果 5例患者均可评价疗效,部分缓解2例,病情稳定2例,病情进展1例。主要不良反应为恶心、呕吐、倦怠、头痛、粒细胞下降。结论替莫唑胺治疗脑转移病有一定疗效,安全性高。
