摘要
如今在企业运维管理体系中,文档管理始终是一个难题。利用SVN的特点可以有效解决对文档的版本控制。将运维人员与开发人员相互分离,开发人员更新运维手册,而运维人员在工作时总能对照最新的运维手册,不但提高了效率,更减少了误操作的可能性。同时,运维人员通过SVN更新文档,使得开发人员能够更好地对系统进行改进。此外,对于运维团队中不同人员的权限控制,也保证了文档的安全性,避免了被无关人员的篡改。
Document management always is a challenge in the enterprise＇s operation and maintenance system. By taking advantage of SVN＇s characteristic, the documents version control problem could effectively solved, and by separating system operation engineer from development engineer, the development engineer updates the operation manuals while the operation engineer could always check his work against the latest manuals, and this could definitely increase the efficiency and reduce the possibility of mis-operation. Meanwhile, the operation engineer updates documents through SVN, this could also help the development engineer improve his system. In addition, SVN could authorize different roles in the same team, thus to prevent the unauthorized from tampering the important documents.
