摘要
红木是国际市场上最为名贵的木材，商品红木中包括多种树木，为统一名称和材性，我国新近拟定了红木国家标准。以此为标准，介绍了云南所生长的国家红木标准中列入的树种；推荐材色、结构、密度符合标准的红木树种；提出与红木材性接近的树种，共13种。并论述了这些树种的造林现状及发展前景，还提出云南可引种的红木树种。作为云南发展红木造林的基础资料。
“Red Wood” is one of the most famous timbers in th e international market, which includes many species A “Red Wood” standard ha s been worked out recently in our county, based on which the paper introduces th e species regarded as “Red Wood” according with the standard in Yunnan Moreo ver, the paper recommends other species of which wood color, structure, density are also accordant with the standard; proposes 13 species of which wood characte rs are similar to the “Red Wood” In the other hand, the paper discusses the present state and the future of all these species and puts forward the “Red Woo d” species that can be introd uced in Yunnan, which has provided basic information for afforestation with thes e species in Yunnan
