摘要
建立喷雾闪光测试台架,利用此台架研究高压共轨喷油器在不同喷射压力和背压下的喷雾宏观特性,并对喷油规律进行测试。利用CFD软件Fire对燃油喷雾过程进行了仿真计算,分析了轨压、喷孔直径,以及背压对喷雾贯穿距、索特平均直径及喷雾直径的影响,并对喷雾贯穿距进行了仿真和试验结果的对比分析,从而验证了模拟计算结果的准确性。
The spraying flashlight test rack is established,and the rack is used to study spraying macroscopic features of high-pressure common rail injector in different injection pressures and back pressures,and spraying law is tested.We use CFD software FIRE to make a simulation calculation of spraying process,analyze the rail pressure,orifice diameter and the impact of back-pressure on through distance,sauter mean diameter and spraying diameter,and make a comparison between simulation and test result of spraying through distance,then verify the accuracy of simulation calculation.
