摘要
对平泉县水资源现状及水资源管理方面存在的问题进行了全面分析。结合该县经济发展状况,提出了实行最严格的水资源管理制度。在目前水资源短缺的情况下,只有实行最严格的水资源管理制度,才能以有限的水资源支撵县域经济更好发展。
This paper comprehensively analyses the problems of the situation and management of water resources in Pingquan County. Combined with the county＇s economic development,proposing the most stringent water resources management system. In the situation of water resource shortages, only executing the most stringent water resources management system can make the better development of the prefectural region economy with limited water resources.
