摘要
在隧道及地下工程建设中,因为地质与地形条件十分复杂,导致隧道塌方事故越来越多。塌方的不可预见性、后果的严重性、处理的复杂性,使其成为隧道施工中的重大难题。管棚利用钢管或钢插板件为纵向支撑,由于其刚度较大,跨越距离较长,是处理隧道塌方的一种有效形式。本文探讨了隧道塌方处理中管棚支护的力学机理,建立了一种简单实用的力学模型,进行了管棚的参数计算。结合十白高速公路四沟隧道塌方事故的处理进行分析,说明了本文模型的合理性及实用性,并通过数值模拟及现场监测验证了处理方案的正确性。
In the construction of tunnels and underground structures,there is more and more tunnel collapse because of the complicated geometrical and topographical conditions.Due to the unpredictability of the collapse,seriousness of the results and complication of the treatment,the collapse is a very difficult problem in the tunnel construction.The long pipe roof is a longitudinal support using steel pipes or sheets.As this structure has great rigidity and long span,it is an effective form to treat the tunnel collapse.In this paper,the mechanical model of the long pipe roof to treat the tunnel collapse is studied.A simple and effective mechanical model is proposed.The relative parameters have been calculated.Using this model,the treatment of Sigou Tunnel of Shibai Express has been analyzed.The example shows that the proposed model is reasonable and valid and the rationality of the treatment scheme has been proved by the numerical simulation,monitoring and measuring data.
