基于内涵建设的电大开放教育教学评估探讨

The supervision and evaluation of open education and teaching based on connotation construction

摘要 开放教育已经成为电大办学主体模式,但目前电大开放教育面临着激烈的竞争和挑战。强化开放教育内涵建设,构建有效的开放教育教学评估机制是提高办学质量的有效保证。电大应从选择评估主体、制订评估指标体系、确定评估程序和时间等三方面构建开放教育教学评估机制。 Open education has been the main school-running mode for ramo ana t v universities. It proposes that enhancing connotation construction of open education and building effective teaching supervision and evaluation mechanism is an important part to improve teaching quality. Constructing evaluation mechanism for open education and teaching should be through selecting evaluation main body, working out evaluation index system, and defining evaluation procedure and time.
