摘要
"常春藤"联盟在19世纪美国高等教育快速发展的进程中成立和壮大,已经成为世界顶尖大学的代表之一。联盟通过合作、交流对各所大学竞争力进行整合,优缺互补,互相促进。C9联盟是中国首个名校联盟,成立至今不到10年,9所高校虽致力于优势资源互补,协同发展,但目前而言联盟发展缓慢,知名度不高,与国外高校联盟差距明显,并未真正发挥其核心作用;因此努力从国外最具代表性的大学联盟———常春藤联盟的发展来探讨中国C9联盟的未来发展之路。
The Ivy League was established and developed in the process of the rapid development of American higher education in the 19th century, and has grown into one of the representatives for top universities in the world. Through cooperation and communication, the league has been integrating the competitiveness of each university enhancing mutual complement and mutual promotion. China 9 is the first Chinese school union. Since its establishment less than ten years ago, the 9 universities have been committed to advantageous resource complement and mutual development, but for now this union is developing at a slower speed, and being less known compared with foreign university unions, thus it fails to play its core role. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the future development of C9 through a comparison with the development of the Ivy League-- the most typical university alliance.
