摘要
高职院校办公室是学校工作的重要枢纽,是维持各项工作正常有序进行的保障,办公室人员素质的高低对学校的生存发展有着至关重要的作用。本文就高职院校办公室人员应具备的素质进行了分析。
Higher Vocational College office is an important hub for teaching stuff dealing. It is also the safeguard to maintain normal working order. Thus office personnel play a crucial role in college development as a whole. Qualities that higher vocational office personnel should possess have been analyzed in this paper.
