摘要
针对旅行社基于传统数据库技术的信息系统存在的不足,提出了将OLAP技术应用到旅行社的客户关系管理中,并给出了基于Web的旅行社客户关系OLAP系统的设计与实现方法.讨论了系统的体系结构设计,数据仓库模型设计,数据的抽取、转换和加载及多维数据集的设计,对基于Web的OLAP实现技术进行了探讨.
In this paper, the weakness of travel service information system based on traditional DB is pointed out, which suggesting that it is nessary to use OLAP into the customer relationship management of travel service. A method of design and implement of customer relationship management OLAP system for travel service is introduced based on Web. Then the designs of system architecture, DW models, data ETL, multidimensional datasets and OLAP based on Web are discussed.
