摘要
旅游服务礼仪是一门实践性、应用性较强的学科,培养的是学生的意识和技能,在教学中必须加强实践训练环节。本文对湖北省宜昌市三所不同办学层次高职院校的礼仪实训教学情况进行了调查;由点及面,在分析实训教学现状的基础上,提出了具有较强针对性与操作性的建议。
Tourism etiquette is a very practical and applicable subject, aiming at training the students＇ relevant techniques and awareness. Therefore, practical teaching must be strengthened. This article has surveyed the practical teaching of etiquette in three vocational colleges at different levels in Yichang and put forward specific and operable suggestions based on the analysis of it.
