利血平致肝郁脾虚动物模型的探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察利血平致肝郁脾虚模型鼠(包括大、小鼠)的行为学表现,选择该法制备肝郁脾虚模型的合适鼠种。方法:大、小鼠各20只,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组小鼠0.1 mg/kg利血平皮下注射,1次/d,连续14 d;实验组大鼠4mg/kg利血平腹腔注射,1次/d,连续2 d。对照组注射等量生理盐水。结果:与对照组比较,实验组大、小鼠体重、摄食量、自主活动、胸腺指数、脾脏指数均降低,蔗糖水偏爱度上升,强迫游泳不动时间延长(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:大鼠情绪反应敏感,可在较短时间复制成肝郁脾虚证模型,是研究肝郁脾虚证模型适宜的实验动物。 Objecti ve:Behavior performance of animal models of liver depression and spleen deficiency induced by reserpine (including mice and rats)was observed, then animal species which was suitable for this preparation method was determined. Methods :20 mice and 20 rats were respectively divided into experiment group and control group, mice in experiment group was subcutaneously injected 0.1 mg/kg reserpine, once a day, for 14 consecutive days;rats in experiment group were intraperitoneally injected 4 mg/kg reserpine, once a day, for 2 consecutive day.Mice and rats in control groups were respectively injected equal volume physiological saline subcutaneously.Then body weight,food intake,spontaneous activity, thymus index, spleen index, sucrose solution preference, immobility time induced by forced swim of animals were observed. Results : Compared with control group, body weight, food intake, spontaneous activity, thymus index, spleen index of animals in two experiment groups were decreased, sucrose solution preference,immobility time of animals induced by forced swim in two experiment groups were increased (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusions:Rats were sensitive to this preparation method and could be replicated into liver depression and spleen deficiency models in a short time.So rat should be eligible for this preparation method.
