摘要
目的 研究 ＥＧＦ－Ｒ ｍＲＮＡ在小鼠输卵管、子宫和卵巢中的表达．采用 ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ 技术检测小鼠排卵期和怀孕１～５ｄ的输卵管、子宫和卵巢中的ＥＧＲ－ＲｍＲＮＡ的表达。结果表明所研究各时期小鼠输卵管、子宫和卵巢中均有丰富的ＥＧＦ－Ｒ ｍＲＮＡ 活性，其中输卵管活性相对较弱，子宫和卵巢活性相对较强。
To examine the activity of EGF-R mRNA in the mouse oviduct、uterus and ovary at the time of ovulation and during days 1 - 5 of pregnancy. The level of EGF-R mRNA activity in the mouse oviduct、 uterus and ovary was measured by RT-PCR technique. A strong ac- tivity of EGF-R mRNA was observed in the oviduct、the uterus and the ovary of the mouse during the whole period studied. The level of expression in the oviduct was lower,in compar- ison with that in the uterus and the ovary. These results suggested that the epidermal growth factor family had effects on the mouse oviduct. uterus and ovary.
