性别机制是影响社会分层的重要因素。农村女性的流动具有减弱和强化传统的性别机制和社会分层的双重作用。在现有的"城-乡制度框架"中,性别关系呈现出有变化而没有飞跃的特殊形态。
The gender system is an important factor of influencing the social stratification. Rural women migration has dual functions： weakening and strengthening the traditional gender system and the social stratification. In the existing Rural - Urban Systems Framework, gender relations are under change but have no special form of transcending.
