摘要
针对莱钢炼钢厂2#小方坯连铸机振动台偏心装置使用寿命低的现状，根据备件的运行环境，充分分析了各部件的薄弱点，设计增加轴承防护端盖，引入油气润滑方式和巧妙选择密封形式，使偏心装置寿命显著提高。
Aiming at the short service life of the eccentricity equipment in the vibration table of 2# billet easter of the steelmaking plant in Laigang, according the running environment of spare parts, the weakpoints of every parts are analyzed adequately, the protective end covers of bearing are added, the oil-air lubrication mode is introduced and the sealing form is selected skillfully, then the service life of eccen- tricity equipment is prolonged obviously.
