摘要
为了得到合成调渣剂中金属铝的准确含量,利用样品中三氧化二铝不溶解于三氯化铁而金属铝易溶解于三氯化铁的特性[1],样品以三氯化铁浸取溶解,采用过滤消除三氧化二铝的干扰后,滤液用过量氢氧化钠强碱沉淀分离等操作,消除了铁、钙、镁及少量钛等干扰元素离子的影响,并根据合成调渣剂中金属铝的含量范围,拟定了用氟盐置换EDTA滴定法测定金属铝含量,测定结果令人满意,相对标准偏差小于1%。
In order to obtain the accurate content of Aluminum in synthesized slag modifier, by using the characteristics that AI203 cant be dissolved in ferric chloride, while metal aluminum can be dissolved in ferric chloride, the sample is dissolved by ferric chloride, and after eliminating the interference of A1203 by filtration, the filtrate is precipitated and separated by sodium hydroxide to eliminate the interferences of ferric, calcium, magnesium and a little of titanium, and followed that, according to the content range of metal aluminum, the content of metal aluminum is deteminated by EDTA titration with fluoride dis- placement. Its determination results is satisfactory, and the relative standard deviation is less than 1%.
