摘要
对粘虫胚胎细胞的继代培养条件进行了研究。结果表明，ＴＣ－１００（ＳＩＧＭＡ）培养基最适合细胞生长。不同血清浓度和ＰＨ的培养基对细胞生长影响很大，以１０％小牛知清浓度和ＰＨ６．２的培养基对细胞传代培养最为语地细胞接种密度，以５×１０＾５细胞／ｍＬ细胞接种地了为适宜。适于细胞培养的最适温度是２６－２９℃。
This paper reports the condition of sub-cultures of the cells from Mythimna soparata em- bryos. The resultes show that TC-100 insect medium (SIGMA), level of pH 6.20, and a fetal bovine serum concentration at 10% are the most suitable for the cells growth. Optimum cells growth requires 26-29℃ of temperature of condition and 5 × 10~5cells/mL of seeding densi- ty.
