摘要
GIS人才的多层次性是目前GIS人才需求的一个显著特点,由于GIS专业涉及领域广泛、人才需求部门众多,所以对GIS专业人才的知识结构和能力素质要求也有很大差别。文章针对目前国内GIS本科专业的培养现状,GIS专业人才的就业状况,提出了多目标的GIS人才培养模式,并探讨了不同目标的知识结构及相应的课程设置,以满足社会对不同层次GIS人才的需求。
Currently, multi -stratification is a distinctive feature of the demand for GIS professionals. As GIS covers wide fields and many departments require GIS professionals, the requirements of the knowledge structure and ability are very different. This paper puts forward the multi - objective GIS training model according to domestic GIS undergraduate training status and employment status , and discusses the knowledge structure of different objectives and the corresponding curriculum to adapt to the GIS professionals needs at different levels.
