摘要
利用稻米品质不同的3个粳稻品种,对灌浆过程中籽粒干物质、直链淀粉及蛋白质的积累规律进行了比较研究。结果表明,在灌浆过程中籽粒干物质、直链淀粉及蛋白质的积累趋势,其品质不同的品种基本一致,积累速度表现为灌浆前期快,而后期缓慢,但在灌浆过程中的不同时期积累速度和数量上品种间表现有差异;开花后30d内是籽粒干物质、直链淀粉及蛋白质积累的关键时期,30d以后积累基本趋于稳定;灌浆前期的日平均干物质积累速度与稻米垩白率呈显著的正相关,与胶稠度呈显著的负相关,而后期的日平均干物质积累速度与垩白率、胶稠度的相关均不显著。
A comparation among three japonica rice varieties with different grain quality was stud- ied in this trial on the accumulative regulation in the contence of dry matter, amylose and protein in kernels in the filling course. The results showed that the processes of the accumu- lation of those materials were generally consistent, and the speed of the accumulation of the compounds was fast in the prophase and slow in the anaphase. But the difference between the varieties in the accumulative speed and the contence of the compounds in the respective phases in the filling course was observed. The 30 days after flowering was key period in the accumulation of dry matter, amylose and protein and the concentration was stable beyond 30 days. The average speed of dry matter accumulation in the prophase was significantly passi- tive correlated with the ratio of chalkiness in grain and minus with gel consistency, but in anaphase of filling course the relationship was not significant.
