摘要 为了研究水稻不育系对赤霉素反应敏感程度与叶片表面结构的关系,从育种单位及生产单位收集对赤霉素反映敏感程度不相同的7个不育系,进行剑叶叶片表面结构电镜扫描观察,发现不同不育系叶片表面的乳突数、硅化细胞面积、气孔的长与宽、气孔上的乳突数量等完全不同,对赤霉素反应敏感的不育系叶片表面的乳突数少、硅细胞面积小、气孔数量多、气孔上的乳突数少,对赤霉素反应钝感的不育系则相反,表明不育系对赤霉素敏感反应程度与不育系叶片表面的乳突数、硅细胞大小、气孔数量、气孔上的乳突数量有一定的关系。 In order to study the sensitivity of rice male sterile lines to GA3, and the relationship with surface structures of flag leaf, seven rice male sterile lines with different sensitivity to GA3 were selected from the breeding units and product units. Their surface structures of flag leaf were observed by electron microscope. The results showed that papillae number, siliceous cell area, length and width of stoma on the leaf surfaces of the different rice male sterile lines were completely different. Compared to the rice male sterile lines insensitive to CA3, the rice male sterile lines sensitive to GA3 had less papillae, smaller siliceous cell area, more stoma and more papillae on the stoma. The sensitive degree to GA3 of rice male sterile lines had a certain relationship between papillae number, siliceous cell area, stomata number and papillae number on the stoma.
