摘要
概述了国内外有关三萜类物质在生理活性方面的研究近况,归纳了三萜类物质的药理活性,如抗癌抗肿瘤、免疫调节、保肝、抗氧化、消炎镇痛、抑菌抗病毒以及防治心脑血管疾病等作用。对三萜类物质在药理学上的构效关系、新药开发及其在医学、农业和工业上的应用进行了展望。
The recent status of triterpenoid were reviewed in pharmacological activities, such as anti-cancer and anti-tumor, immune adjustment, liver protection, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory and analgesia, bactriostasis, anti-virus, and prevention heart cerebrovascular disease. The structure-function relationship among triterpenoids was summed up. It was prospected for the applying of triterpenoid in pharmacological research, new drug development, industry and agriculture.
