IGCT高压变频器在火电厂送风机上的应用研究

摘要 近年来,电网的迅速发展对火电机组调峰能力提出了越来越高的要求,而辅机在机组调峰中的适应能力、安全状况以及经济指标将直接影响到机组的发电成本和安全性。早年投产的电厂送风机等大功率辅机大多依靠阀门控制法调节流量。该方法损耗大、故障率高。采用变频调速技术调节风机的流量,在降低能耗和设备故障率方面具有显著优势。集成门极换流晶闸管IGCT作为高压变频器的核心器件,具有电流大、电压高、损耗低、开关频率高等优点,适于在大功率变频调速系统中使用。论文基于IGCT变频技术原理和焦作电厂#3炉B送风机的设备运行状况,提出了该设备的调速方案,对变频器的节能效果进行了分析研究,并通过实际运行和现场试验,验证了系统的可行性和实用性。 Most high power auxiliary machines in the thermal power plant as forced draught fan(FDF) of the boiler mostly take the export paddle to adjusting the flow in our country.It has the faults of high loss and high failure rates.To control the flow of fan by using inverter has remarkable advantages in energy-saving and failure rate reducing.As a core element in HV inverter,the Integrade Gate Commutated Thyristor IGCT has characteristics of high current,high voltage,low loss and,high switching frequency, etc.It has a wide application on speed adjusting of the assisting electric machinery in power plants.Based on the principle of IGCT high voltage inverter and combined the facts of No.3 boiler's B FDF in Jiaozuo power plant, it is confirmed which the realizing manner of inverter for the device, and analyzed the effects of energy-saving.The possibility and practicability of the work has been testified by experiment and actual function.
