摘要
介绍了某石化公司在对立式长轴泵进行单机试车时发生的一起污水池闪爆事故。通过对事故发生经过及现场情况的调查分析,找出了导致事故发生的原因,由于立式长轴泵泵轴振动超标,轴套和滑动轴承研磨产生的高温,点燃了污油蒸汽,发生着火,火源窜到污水池中部区域,引爆了中部的油气,致使污水池爆炸。通过对这次事故的分析,在吸取事故教训的基础上,从滑动轴承间距布置及其材料的选用,冲洗管线的设置、安装和制造质量等方面对立式长轴泵的选用和设计进行了分析,为预防此类事故的发生提供了参考。
A sewage tank explosion which occurred during the trial run of vertical long shaft pump in a petrochemical com- pany is presented. Based on investigation and analysis on the accident process and the scene of the accident, the reasons that caused the accident are found. Because of over-vibration of pump shaft, the high heat generated by the grinding between pump shaft sleeves and sliding bearings lit the oil vapor and led to a fire. The fire fled into the central area of the sewage tank and det- onated oil vapor, which caused the sewage tank explosion accident. Through the detailed description and analysis of the acci- dent and in the draw lessons from the accident, the selection and design of spacing and material of sliding bearing, flushing fluid piping layout, installation quality and manufacturing quality for vertical long shaft pump are discussed, in order to prevent the occurrence of similar accidents.
