摘要
规划指标体系是现代农业示范区规划的核心内容。为了更加科学地开展规划和评判规划,采用了层次分类法列出了与现代农业发展特征有关的八大类规划指标,并构建了示范区现代农业指标体系基本框架,同时提出了计算和预测规划指标的基本方法。最后将指标预测值与选取的农业现代水平衡量参考值进行对比,可以大致判定示范区各阶段现代农业所处的发展水平。研究表明,一套科学、合理的规划指标体系不仅有利于规划工作的顺利开展,还能随时把握示范区现代农业发展态势和方向,不断推动区域现代农业又好又快的发展。
The planning index system was the core content of modern agriculture demonstration area planning. In order to carry out more scientific planning and evaluate planning, this paper listed eight categories of characteristics related to the development of modern agriculture planning indicators by a hierarchical classification method, and built the basic framework of a modem agricultural demonstration zone index system, at the same time proposes basic methods of calculation and prediction of the planning target. Last by comparing indicators predictive value with reference value of the agricultural modern levels measured, it could judged the development level of various stages of modem agriculture demonstration area. The research showed that, a scientific and rational planning index system was not only conducive to smooth planning, but also ready to grasp the momentum and direction of the development of modern agriculture demonstration zones, continue to promote the sound and rapid development of regional modem agriculture.
