摘要
为了评价噬菌体对鸡大肠杆菌病的防治效果,本研究分别对噬菌体皮下及气囊接种途径下雏鸡大肠杆菌病的防治效果进行了评价。结果显示:防治用的噬菌体悬液对雏鸡是安全的,与对照组相比,在感染致病性大肠杆菌前12h给雏鸡气囊接种4×108pfu噬菌体,雏鸡的死亡率由80%降至10%,而在感染前3h皮下接种相同剂量的噬菌体,雏鸡的死亡率由80%降至40%。本研究结果表明,气囊接种更能有效预防雏鸡大肠杆菌感染。
The paper aimed to evaluate the prevention and cure effects of phage on chicken colibacillosis through subcutaneous innoculation and air sac inoculation, respectively. The results showed that phage suspension used in the experiments was safe to chickens; air sac inoculation of 4x 108 pfu phage suspension followed by attack of pathogenic E. coli after 12 h gained 10% of mortality, while the control group had 80% of mortality. The mortality of chickens through subcutaneous inoculation with the same dose of phage 3 h before infection declined from 80% to 40%. The results indicated that, air sac inoculation of phage could be more effective to control the infection of chicken colibacillosis.
