摘要
查找有关对肺纤维化大鼠进行药物治疗研究的文献,并对其进行分类、归纳和总结。近年来已发现多种药物具有延缓或减轻大鼠肺纤维化作用,但对其作用机制尚未完全了解,需进一步研究。
Objectives：To summarize the pharmacotherapy progresses of pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods：Search literatures a- bout the pharmacotherapy of pulmonary fibrosis in rats, then classify and summarize them. Results ： and Conclusions ： It had been found that many kinds of drugs can delay or reduce pulmonary fibrosis in rats. But their mechanisms hadn＇t been well mastered and still need further research.
