摘要
通过对广西警官高等专科学校8名中距离跑运动员进行为期4周的强化组合训练,根据训练对象的实情,在训练手段与内容上采取了各种有效的组合方法,以速度耐力为核心,强化节奏感知能力的培养,训练结果运动员的成绩平均提高19.875秒。
This paper discusses a 4 - week intensive combination training of 8 mid - distance race athletes in Guangxi Police College and points out that a variety of combinatorial methods has been taken in training methods and contents by taking the speed endurance as the core content and strengthening the ability training of rhythm perception. The result found that the average score of athletes advanced 19. 875 seconds.
