摘要
我国的大型科学仪器共享水平与发达国家相比差距很大。其中,缺乏有效的共享模型用以指导构建完善的共享系统是重要原因之一。本文基于科技资源共享三层次模型,构建了包括可见、可及、可用三个层次的大型科学仪器共享三层次模型。结合发达国家研究与实验基地大型科学仪器的共享实例对三层次中的共享内容、共享策略、预约过程、实时监控和培训等进行了细化分析。
The level of large scientific instruments sharing shows great gap between China and the developed coun- tries, among many, lacking effective sharing model for establishing satisfying sharing system is one of the prime reasons for sharing level differentiation. This paper constructs large scientific instruments sharing hierarchical model which includes open and accessible and fit for use on the basis of three level model for science and technology resources sharing, combined with the large scientific instruments sharing examples in developed countries＇ research and experimental bases, the paper detailed analyzes sharing contents, sharing strategy, process of appointment, real-time monitoring and training in sharing hierarchical model.
