摘要
本文以Science Citation Index-Expanded为数据来源,比较分析了2006—2011年间中国、印度和巴西3个新兴国家食品科学技术论文的期刊分布特征、国际论文的分区分布、食品科学技术学科具有代表性的期刊收录三国国际论文情况,并利用词频分析法分析了三国的研究热点分布情况。
The SCI database was used to analyze journal distri- bution characteristics, the partition distribution of international papers and the international papers included by the representative journals in the field of food science ＆ tech-nology for China, India and Brazil between the year of 2006 to 2011. Distribution of research focus in this field was also analyzed based on high-frequency words.
