辣椒基质幼苗病害鉴定及生防菌剂防效试验 被引量:1

摘要 辣椒基质育苗过程中常发生猝倒现象,造成大量死苗,损失较重。经鉴定,该病是由病原菌Phytophthoracapsici引起的辣椒疫病。为防控该病,我们选用3种生防菌剂进行了辣椒疫病防效试验,并以德国巴斯夫公司生产的安克为阳性对照。试验结果表明,浓度为1×108cfu/mL的AR156-2(BBS合剂)的防效达79.5%,显著高于安克57.2%的防效,同时其对辣椒苗促生效果达35.27%,显示了良好的应用前景。 The damping-off phenomenon often occurs in the pepper substrate seedling-raising process,which results in a large loss.And we found the pathogen of the disease was Phytophthora capsici.In order to contol the pepper blight,we carried out the efficacy test of three bio-control agents against P.capsici,by taking dimethomorph produced by Germany BASF Chemical Company as the positive control.The results showed that the AR156-2(BBS mixture) with the concentration of 108 cfu/mL possessed the highest control efficiency of 79.5%,which was significantly higher than that of dimethomorph(57.2%),and the AR156-2 treatment's growth-promoting efficiency of pepper seedlings was 35.27%,showing good application prospects.
