摘要
以生菜为试材,以露地栽培为对照,研究了气雾栽培对生菜维生素C、粗纤维和氨基酸等含量的影响。试验结果表明,在气雾栽培条件下,生菜的维生素C含量比露地栽培条件下显著提高,粗纤维含量没有明显变化,氨基酸的含量略有增加。
Taking lettuce as material and open field cultivation as control,we studied the effects of aerosol cultivation on contents of vitamin C,crude fiber and amino acids in lettuce.The results showed that,under the aerosol cultivation condition,the vitamin C content improved significantly,and the amino acid content increased slightly,while the crude fiber content did not change obviously.
