硫磺多菌灵和恶霉灵不同比例混配对莲藕腐败病菌的室内毒力测定 被引量:3

摘要 在室内培养条件下,采用菌丝体生长速率法测定了硫磺多菌灵与恶霉灵两种杀菌剂混配对莲藕腐败病菌的抑菌毒力。结果表明:两种杀菌剂的不同比例混剂对莲藕腐败病菌均有抑制作用,其抑菌效果与单剂相比,均表现为增效作用;其中,当硫磺多菌灵与恶霉灵的混配比例为2∶25和3∶25时,增效作用最明显,抑菌效果最好;对腐败病菌T1菌株的EC50值分别是4.62、1.80μg/mL,增效系数分别为3.76、6.98,对腐败病菌T2菌株的EC50值分别是4.42、5.89μg/mL,增效系数分别为4.03、2.21。 With the indoor cultivation conditions, the method of mycelium growth rate was applied to measure the antibacterial virulence of compounds of sulfur carbendazim and hymexazol on pathogens of lotus root corruption. The results showed that different mixing proportions of compounds all had inhibiting effect on pathogens of lotus root corruption, and the effect of inhibiting fungus showed synergistic effect in comparison with single agent. When sulfur earbendazim and hymexazol were mixed in the proportion of 2:25 and 3:25, the synergistic effect was the most obvious, and the antibacterial effect was the best; their ECso on T1 and T2 strains were 4.62 p^g/mL, 1.80 p^g/mL and 4.42 p^g/mL, 5.89 p,g/mL, respectively; their synergistic coefficients on T1 and T2 strains were 3.76, 6:98 and 4.03, 2.21, respectively.
