摘要
采用高温高湿度条件及不同浓度的甲醇溶液处理春大豆种子,测定处理种子的发芽率,对春大豆种子的抗劣变性鉴定方法进行了研究。结果表明:高温高湿度老化法(45℃、RH 99%)以处理8 d左右为宜,采用半致死剂量确定甲醇老化法以15 mL20%甲醇溶液处理鉴定效果最好,而采用浓度为30%或40%的甲醇溶液处理能鉴定出特抗劣变的大豆品种。
In order to study the seed deterioration resistance of spring soybean, conditions of high temperature and high humidity and different concentrations of methanol solution were used to treat soybean seeds, and the germination rate was determined. The results showed that high-temperature and higb-humidity aging method (45℃ and RH of 99%) was better to treat about 8 days; the methanol treatment could gain a fine result by half-lethal-dose method using 15 mL of 20% methanol, and using 30% and 40% methanol could evaluate the most seed deterioration resistant soybean variety.
