摘要
HPLC方法测定额力根-7中羟基红花黄色素A含量。方法 :色谱柱C18(200×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈–磷酸-水(30:5:0.2:110);流速:1mL.min-1;测定波长:403nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.0025～0.2mg成线性关系(r=0.999);回收率为102.7%;RSD=2.9%;额力根-7中羟基红花黄色素A平均含量为1.24mg.g-1。结论:采用本法测定额力根-7中羟基红花黄色素A的含量,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于制定该药品的质量控制指标之一。
Objective ： To determinate Hydroxy safflower yellow A in Eligen - 7 by means of HPLC. Method ： Cls colum （200 ~ 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of methano 1 - acetoneitrile - Phosphoric acid - water （ 30 ： 5 ： 0.2 ： 110 ）, at the detection wavelength of 403nm. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1, and the temperature of colum was 30℃. Results： Hydroxy safflower yellow A showed a good linear relation at a range of 0.0025 -0.2mg, r =0.999. The recovery was 102.7% and RSD =2.9% ,respectively. Conclusion ：The method is simple, accurate and specifical. It can be used for determination of Hydroxy safflower yellow A in Eligen -7 .
