开腹与腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术在老年患者中的对比应用研究 被引量：11

摘要 结直肠癌是目前发病率较高的恶性肿瘤之一，随着老龄化进程的快速发展，罹患结直肠癌的高龄患者也日益增多。高龄老人多脏器功能衰退，且常伴有全身性隐匿性疾病，年龄的增长引起的生理和病理的变化，可降低老年人耐受麻醉和手术的能力。故相对传统开腹手术，在根治效果无差异的情况下，高龄结直肠癌患者手术的微创效果对其恢复较有意义。本研究回顾性分析我院2008年1月至2011年12月所做腹腔镜高龄（〉70岁）结直肠癌根治术40例，并与同期传统开腹手术42例进行对比分析，探讨腹腔镜手术治疗高龄结直肠癌的安全性、可行性及疗效。
