Shaanxi Hanjiang Investment Development Co. , Ltd standardizes operation and management mechanism of board of directors, focuses on construction of management systems, increasingly optimizes structure of share fights, actively coordinates and communicates with shareholders, and improves management level of delicacy management. The Company executes the policy of increasing output and saving input, increasing earnings and reducing expenses; catches opportunities and effectively utilizes favorable policies for Grand West China Development, and concentrates on development. Both Xihe Hydropower Station (180 MW) and Shuhe Hydropower Stations (270 MW) at upstream of the Hanjiang River are successfully developed and completed as well as within 3 years, profits are available continuously. These contribute for driving local economic development and benefiting people of southern Shaanxi Province. The Company is supported largely by local government and local people. A good atmosphere for cascade development of hydropower projects on the Hanjiang River is established and sustainable development of the Company is achieved.
