摘要
从白木香[Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)Gilg]果实乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分中分离得到5种黄酮类化合物,经波谱分析,鉴定为:芒果苷(1)、芫花素(2)、南荛素(3)、芫花素5-O-β-D-樱草糖苷(4)、芫花素5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),化合物(1),(3)~(5)为首次从白木香果实中分离得到。
Five flavonoids were isolated from the ethanol extraction of the fruit of Aquilaria sinensis.On the basis of spectral analysis,their structures were elucidated as:mangiferin(1),genkwanin(2),wikstroemin(3),genkwainin-5-O-β-D-primeveroside(4),genkwanin-5-O-β-D-glucopyronoside(5).Compound(1),(3)~(5) was firstly isolated from the fruits of Aquilaria sinensis.
