硒在动物养殖中的作用与应用

Application and Function of Selenium in Animal Culture

摘要 硒是维持动物机体健康、提高动物生产性能的重要微量元素。文章就硒的缺乏与过量、硒对动物生产性能及动物肉品质影响以及硒对维持动物健康的作用进行综述。 Selenium is an important trace element in keeping the good health and improving the production of mimals. Deficiency and excess of selenium, the function of selenium in animal production, the influence of meat tuality and maintenance the health of animals by using selenium were summaried in this article.
