摘要
为研究原子吸收分光光度法对白酒中Cd的测定,探讨不同基体改进剂对吸光度的影响.选用NH4H2PO4作为测定Cd的基体改进剂,分析其溶液的质量浓度、灰化温度、原子化温度等因素对吸光度的影响,并通过正交试验得出最佳测定条件.研究结果表明使用原子吸收分光光度法测定白酒中Cd的质量浓度,不仅快速、准确、可靠,而且环保无污染.
To establish the method for the determination of cadmium in white spirits by atomic absorp- tion spectrophotometry, the effects of matrix modifiers on absorbancy were studied. NH4 H2PO4 was cho- sen as the matrix modifier for determining cadmium and the effects of factors like its mass concentration, ashing temperature and atomizing temperature on absorbancy were studied. And the optimal determination conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. The results show that this method is rapid, accu- rate. reliable, and pollution-free.
