摘要
通过构建创新人才培养课程体系和实践教学体系,实行导师制、科研团队培养制度,开展课外科技活动和各类电子竞赛,建设创新实践型师资队伍等一系列措施;加强了学生的理论课学习能力、更新了知识结构,强化了综合性、设计性实验训练及学生的系统化分析、理论设计与实践能力,提高了学生的工程实践能力。该项改革在我校相关电类专业学生培养过程中进行了实践,对于加快电子信息类专业的学科专业建设,促进学生工程实践能力的提高,加强对学生的综合素质培养都起到了积极、有效的作用。
By constructing curriculum system and practice teaching system of the innovative talents training, implementing tutor system and scientific research team system, carrying out the extracurricular science and technology activities and all kinds of electronic competition, and constructing teachers team with innovation practical ability, we strengthen the students' theoretical study ability, update the knowledge structure, strengthen the comprehensive and designing experiments training and students' systematic analysis, the theoretical design and practice ability, and improve the students' engineering practical ability. The measure has put into practice in electrical specialty of our university. It speeds up subject construction of electrical specialty, promotes the improvement of students' project practice ability, and playes a positive and effective role to the stu- dent's comprehensive quality training.
