摘要
文章分析了科技人力资源竞争力评价方法选择的特殊要求,在对当前现有的评价方法进行述评的基础上,提出了基于AHP(层次分析法)的动态模糊评价法。
The article analyzes the special requirements of select evaluation method in the evaluation of the competitiveness of science and technology human resources. Comments on the existing evaluation methods, and put forwards the dynamic fuzzy evaluation method based on AHP.
