摘要
在数控机床上,变频器主要用于交流电动机的控制,它不但起了节能和调速的作用,而且它的软启动能够保护附属电气设备,避免直接启动给机械设备造成冲击,从而引起机械故障。因此变频器是理想的调速和控制装置。本文就变频器在数控机床上的应用及它在使用和维护中常见的问题进行阐述。
In the NC machine,frequency converter for AC motor control,it not only plays a role of saving energy and speed,and it can protect the soft start of electric equipment,avoid direct start to mechanical impact,resulting in mechanical fault.Therefore frequency converter is the ideal speed regulation and control device.This article expounds that the frequency converter in the application of NC machine tool and its use and maintenance of common problems.
