摘要
运用液体空化理论分析了火炮后坐时制退机内制退液的空化机理,用非工作腔超声空化试验与压力试验对制退液空化及其对制退机工作性能的影响进行了研究。研究表明,制退液在火炮后坐过程中发生了剧烈空化,后坐结束时非工作腔内充满制退液泡沫,并不存在真空段。制退液空化泡在复进过程中逐渐溃灭,制退机非工作腔并不提供液压阻力。该结论为制退机的合理设计与故障诊断提供了理论依据。
The recoil oil cavitation mechanism in gun recoil mechanism was analyzed with the aid of liquid cavitation theory.The recoil oil cavitation and its influence on recoil mechanism performance were researched by use of ultrasonic cavitation test and pressure test of non-working chamber.The research results showed that the recoil oil occurs violent cavitation during the process of gun recoiling,and the non-working chamber of gun recoil mechanism was full of recoil oil foam instead of vacuum at the end of gun recoiling.The non-working chamber of gun recoil mechanism did not offer hydraulic resistance because the recoil oil foam collapsed gradually throughout the process of gun counter-recoiling.The conclusions can provide the theoretical basis for the reasonable design and fault diagnosis of gun recoil mechanism.
