摘要
以某型主战坦克炮控系统逻辑电路为研究对象,以可编程逻辑器件现场可编程门阵列FPGA为硬件基础,进行了用FPGA逻辑控制功能代替炮控系统继电逻辑控制的研究,分析了坦克炮控系统逻辑电路的功能和FPGA的原理,提出了系统设计的总体方案,设计了系统硬件电路和逻辑控制软件程序,并在逻辑控制软件中加入了故障诊断功能。坦克炮控系统逻辑控制采用软件实现,在FPGA中实现继电逻辑控制功能,简化了坦克炮控系统逻辑电路,完成了坦克炮控系统逻辑电路的数字控制,系统中嵌入的故障诊断功能为系统在线故障诊断提供可能。
Taking the logic circuit of a main battle tank gun control system as study target,based on the logic control function of field programmable gate array（FPGA）,the study on replacing relay logic control in tank gun control system was carried out.Function of tank gun control system＇s logic circuit and principle of FPGA were analyzed and the overall design scheme of system was put forward.The hardware circuit of the system and the software program of the logic control were designed,and the fault diagnosis function was added into the logic control software.Logic control in tank gun control system was realized by means of software,and relay logic control function was carried out in FPGA.The tank gun control system＇s logic circuit was simplified,the digital control research of tank gun control system＇s logic circuit was performed.Fault diagnosis function embedded in the system can provide the possibility for fault diagnosis on-line of the system.
