摘要
在当前经济环境下,人才需求日趋"精英化",大学生就业形势日益严峻。同时,大学毕业生就业也出现了新特点和倾向,长期困扰就业的一些问题依旧存在,对此本文从政府、高校、大学生自身三个层面探讨了促进大学生就业的对策。
In current economic environment, the growing demand for talent ＂elite＂, college students increasingly serious employment situation. At the same time, the employment of college graduates new features and tendencies, long-term employment problem persists, this paper discusses the countermeasures to promote the employment of university students from government, universities, college students three levels.
